Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern Location: Hyderabad Duration: [3 months] Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead Language: English, Hindi & other language. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates while supporting other HR functions as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various recruitment channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms. Support employer branding initiatives and engagement activities. Participate in career fairs and networking events, if applicable. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and assist with HR documentation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus. Enthusiastic about recruitment and HR processes.
