About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR activities. You’ll assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, while also managing attendance records, job descriptions, intern coordination, and internal communications. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and manage candidate profiles Coordinate interviews and send candidate updates Assist with onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities Draft and update job descriptions across platforms Track attendance and maintain HR records Support internal communications and birthday calendars Coordinate with interns and track assignments and performance Qualifications: Understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and policies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Comfortable using Google Sheets, MS Office Ability to multitask and work effectively in a startup environment Show more Show less
