Job Description Position - HR Intern Location - Turbhe,Navi Mumbai Who Are We Based out of IIT Bombay, HaystackAnalytics is a HealthTech company creating clinical genomics products, which enable diagnostic labs and hospitals to offer accurate and personalized diagnostics. Supported by India's most respected science agencies (DST, BIRAC, DBT), we created and launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022. What We Want You To Do Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding forms, and other HR documentation. Ensure HR documents comply with company policies and statutory requirements. Assist in the smooth execution of HR processes, including attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll documentation. Maintain and update HR databases and HRIS tools with employee data. Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR documents and employee data. Design and update job descriptions Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Coordinate with stakeholders i.e Hiring managers, candidates. For scheduling interviews. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. What Are We Looking In You Sound Knowledge of HR Processes Well versed with MS Office and GSuite Experience with sourcing techniques Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
