Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities. 2. Training and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training programs for employees. 3. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement. Use AI based software and tools to create benchmarking and come up with suggestions in SOPs to improve processes and build efficiency Requirements : Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in B.A., B.Com, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong interest in sales, technology, and the IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges. Strong Communication and Analytical Skills. Will prefer candidates who have a strong balance between academics and extra-curriculars.
