Job Title: HR Intern Location: Remote Job Type: Internship (Full-Time) Duration: 1–3 Months Stipend: ₹25,000/month Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to join our remote Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for individuals who are eager to explore HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and other core HR functions. You will work closely with the HR team on real tasks and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews Help manage job postings across platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and others Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires Maintain and update HR records and databases Participate in employee engagement and communication initiatives Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation Learn and apply basic HR policies and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work in a remote, team-oriented environment Interest in building a career in Human Resources Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HRMS, ATS) Basic understanding of labor laws and HR processes Social media awareness for employer branding and outreach What We Offer: Monthly stipend of ₹25,000 Remote work flexibility Exposure to end-to-end HR processes Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced HR professionals Certificate of Completion Potential for a full-time role based on performance Show more Show less
