Job Description

Location: Chennai, Chetpet Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job openings. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Conduct research on HR policies and best practices. Support in drafting and formatting HR documents (offer letters, HR policies, etc.). Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
