Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive Intern with a strong focus on Organizational Development (OD) and Organizational Behavior (OB) to join our team. The role is designed for an individual who will drive employee engagement, improve organizational structures, and foster a performance-driven culture. The candidate will also be responsible for traditional HR functions including recruitment, learning & development, administration, and compliance. Preferred candidate profile -Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of **HR best practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.** - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with HR technology and data analytics to measure HR effectiveness. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
