Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources team in recruitment and operations activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers. Assist in conducting initial interviews and providing feedback to the HR team. Maintain recruitment databases and ensure candidate information is updated. Operations Assistance: Aid in maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Support in organizing and facilitating HR-related events, such as orientations, trainings, and workshops. Assist in drafting HR-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and policies. Help in administering employee benefits and assisting employees with inquiries. Handle general HR inquiries and redirect them as necessary. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Assist in maintaining and updating HR manuals, policies, and procedures. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and activities as required. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR functions and operations
