Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. Support HR operations, including documentation and employee records management. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and reports with accuracy. Job requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
