Role: HR Intern – Recruitment (Male Candidates Preferred) Location: Noida Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 0–1 year Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Graduates only) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must own a personal laptop Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain Perks & Benefits: Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 (based on interview performance) Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per successful candidate placement Hands-on training in end-to-end recruitment processes Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion Internship Completion Certificate Opportunity for Full-Time Role based on performance Exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment Job responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates, primarily for IT roles. Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels to attract potential candidates. Maintain and update candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers as needed. Assist in HR documentation tasks including offer letter generation, background verification support, and issuance of completion certificates. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and support throughout the hiring process. Work closely with the internal recruitment team and provide daily/weekly updates on hiring status and performance metrics.
