Position Overview: We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to support our growing team. This 3-month internship offers hands-on exposure to real HR operations in a fast-paced marketing agency environment. If you're a people person with a knack for organization and communication—and you're ready to make an impact—this role is for you. High-performing interns may be offered a permanent position at the end of the internship. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates. Coordinate onboarding processes and help new hires settle in smoothly. Maintain accurate employee records and databases. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts. Help draft HR policies, SOPs, and other documentation. Contribute to performance review coordination and feedback processes. Manage day-to-day administrative HR tasks and support other ad-hoc requirements. What We're Looking For: Graduate or final-year student in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or MS Office tools. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a people-first mindset.
