Understanding of compliance and regulatory aspects related to HR in the pharmaceutical industry Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Maintain HR records and assist in documentation and compliance-related tasks. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives Who Should Apply: Students completed a degree or PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment.
