Role & Responsibilities: Work with various HR functions, especially recruitment. Analyze recruitment needs and develop a recruitment strategy. Create effective keywords to source potential candidates and filter candidates based on eligibility and requirements. Hands-on experience in using social media and job portals to source, shortlist, and hire suitable candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and comprehension) are essential to build rapport with candidates and management. A Master's degree in Human Resources or related education is preferred. Practical knowledge of social media and other job portals is highly desirable. Must be an active team player. Possess a passion for learning new technologies and skills. Must be willing to work in day shift timings. Should be focused on contributing to recruitment success for the business. Candidates from Trichy are preferred. Additional Information: Must have own a laptop. Internship duration: 30 days. Shift timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
