Job Description

Role & responsibilities ndustrial Relations (IR): Maintain positive relations with workers, unions, and labor representatives. Handle union negotiations, grievances, and settlements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and others. Liaise with government and labor departments for statutory obligations and inspections. Conduct disciplinary proceedings in line with company policies and applicable laws. 2. Administration: Oversee general administration of the facility including security, transport, housekeeping, and canteen management. Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and supplies. Implement cost-effective administrative systems and vendor management. Manage health, safety, and welfare facilities on-site. 3. Time Office Management: Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management using Time Office software. Ensure accuracy in biometric systems and daily attendance reconciliation. Coordinate with payroll for time and attendance data. Generate reports on absenteeism, overtime, and productivity. Enforce discipline regarding punctuality and work hours.
