Job Description

As the HR Leader, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic HR initiatives. Your key duties will include overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, while also being actively involved in talent acquisition, development, and retention. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR leader with a strong track record in strategic decision-making and implementation. In-depth knowledge of performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policy framing. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively. Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. MBA from tier 1 & tier 2 business schools are preferred.
