Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Qualifications Bachelors degree and 1- 4 years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically Workday is highly desired Experience with Workday (HCM & ATS) and Service Now is desired Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong prioritization skills Self-motivated to complete various tasks in a timely manner Standout colleague willing to assist wherever there is a need Exercise considerable judgment and discretion in handling telephone calls and emails, routing them to others when appropriate Must have outstanding customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Ideal candidate will be a fast learner with the ability to master new systems quickly Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Must handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Minimum Qualifications Requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
