Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. confident, smiling, friendly and pleasant personality. 2. Being very flexible, deadline specific and having a proactive approach for assigned tasks. 3. Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers. forwarding good candidates for final selection 4. Preparing new joiner contracts, their work processes, SOPs and reporting formats. Quick follow up on the assigned tasks. 5.record keeping of current office staff for current and previous financial year like their work performance record, leave record, behavior record etc. 6. in charge for recording daily staff attendance, informing in case if any staff is absent or in case of non reporting. 7. coordinating for conducting staff training as instructed on company policies and work processes ensuring continuous learning and employee engagement. 8. coordinate for employee payrolls, expenses, company policies. 9. sharing monthly on the defaulters-work, discipline. 10. handling staff issues effectively and coming out with possible workable solutions. 11. Develop and implement appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers on employee performance and professional development. Help set clear performance goals and objectives for teams and individuals. 12.If any staff resigns, ensuring complete exit policy for the staff is followed. Clearance of the staff from the company is done following complete processes. Preferred candidate profile With an experience of minimum 2 years as a manager With an experience of minimum 3-4 years as an HR With an experience of minimum 2-3 years of recruitment handling With an experience of minimum 1 of payroll management Perks and benefits Paid sick time Leave encashment on time salary payment flexibility to share ideas and new policies
