Graduates and undergraduates to work as Management trainess in various departments like public relations event maagement etc. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Advise senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic planning. Analyze HR metrics and trends to guide decision-making and improve HR functions. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards. Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding process. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives and programs. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies. Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process and provide support for managers and employees. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Implement performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Manage employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and benefit programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages. Address employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
