Job Title: HR- Head Location: Gurugram Experience: 7+ Years Industry: Fintech / IT Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR- Head to lead our human resources and legal functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing legal matters related to employment and corporate governance. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring industry competitiveness. Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Legal & Compliance: Provide legal counsel on employment laws, contracts, and company policies. Handle labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee-related legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and company policies. Ensure company compliance with all regulatory requirements and labor laws. Manage relationships with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies. Oversee corporate governance and mitigate legal risks. Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field. 7+ years of experience in HR and legal roles, preferably in [industry]. Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate compliance, and HR best practices. Experience in handling legal disputes, contracts, and employee relations. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential matters. Preferred Qualifications: BBA/MBA in HR.
