Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, grievances, and conflicts. Attendance Management & Payroll Management. Promote a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives. Ensure employee satisfaction and foster a culture of open communication. Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on setting objectives and feedback. Assist managers in handling performance issues and coaching employees. Lead or support disciplinary actions when needed, ensuring adherence to company policies Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with wage laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Conduct compensation analysis to ensure competitive salary offerings and internal equity. Ensure company adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other employment-related legislation. Manage record-keeping and reporting in accordance with HR compliance requirements. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and best practices. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide insights and recommendations to management on HR issues, trends, and performance metrics. Assist in workforce planning to align talent resources with business objectives. Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of confidentiality and ethical judgment. • Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is a plus). • Experience : Minimum 5-10 years of experience in human resources management or related roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, benefits, and HR best practices.
