Role Description: HR Manager Position: HR Manager Location: Raipur Employment Type: Full-time As an HR Manager at DigitalVeda , you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the agency's human resource functions. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, developing employee policies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the digital marketing domain. Manage the entire hiring process, including screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation. Conduct seamless onboarding processes and facilitate new hire orientation. Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and feedback programs. Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal processes. Collaborate with department heads to set KPIs and performance metrics. Address performance issues and provide guidance on improvement plans. Policy Development & Compliance: Design and update HR policies in line with company objectives and labor laws. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, workplace safety, and legal requirements. Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and organize skill development programs. Promote continuous learning and career development for employees. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits. Address employee concerns related to compensation and benefits. Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a digital marketing or IT company. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRMS software and applicant tracking systems. Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
