Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules. Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and conduct first-round interviews for non-technical positions. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations during the entire recruitment cycle. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or related field (HR Administration & Employee Relations). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of HR operations including talent acquisition processes. Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
