Position : HR Manager For Manufacturing Industry. Location : Sangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana. Canteen available. Salary : 70k- 90k pm Negotiable Experience : Min 10+ years. Qualification : Graduate/ Post graduate Prefer If anyone specialisation in IRPM ( Industrial Relations and Personnel Management ). Job Description: ●The candidate must possess good communication skills and command over local language. ●Should be in a position to handle labour and labour unions, with thorough insight into the Labour laws and welfare. ●Must have acquaintance with local regulations and possess liaisoning skills with local authorities and statutory departments Industrial Relations Union Relations: Should have expertise in managing relations with labor unions. Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements. Address and resolve issues related to collective bargaining, strikes, and grievances. Dispute Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between management and employees. Implement effective dispute resolution mechanisms to maintain a positive work environment. Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee.
