Job Description

HR Manager – IT Background Location: Sector 34 A Chandigarh Experience: 5+ Years Salary - Depend on Interview Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and technology goals. Collaborate with department heads, especially IT leadership, to understand staffing needs and talent development plans. Act as an advisor to management on organizational and people-related matters. Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (DevOps, developers, QA, infrastructure, etc.). Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical platforms. Oversee structured onboarding programs for technical and non-technical hires. Drive performance review cycles including OKRs, KPIs, and 360° feedback for tech teams. Monitor employee performance and initiate development or improvement plans as necessary. Maintain accurate HR records using HRMS tools . Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR), and organizational policies. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with professionalism and fairness. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years supporting IT teams or working in a technology company. Strong understanding of technical job functions and terminology. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency with HRMS platforms and recruitment tools. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and relevant IT/compliance regulations. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
