Key Responsibilities: Structuring the HCM Department Establish clear HR policies, norms, and regulations to foster a professional work environment. Develop a competency framework and implement training programs to enhance productivity. Set up employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction. Implementation of a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Identify and deploy a robust HRMS for streamlined HR operations. Integrate HRMS with business systems for improved automation. Introduce employee self-service portals to enhance transparency. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent. Design a structured onboarding process for smooth employee integration. Implement succession planning and campus hiring initiatives. Employee Performance & Career Growth Establish KPIs and OKRs for performance evaluation. Create career progression roadmaps to retain top talent. Develop incentive and recognition programs to reward achievements. Compliance & HR Governance Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and international best practices. Implement data protection and confidentiality measures. Establish grievance redressal mechanisms for fair employee management. Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement Foster a professional and inclusive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and leadership development initiatives. Implement feedback mechanisms to improve policies. Deployment of a Dedicated Team Assemble and manage a dedicated HR team to implement initiatives. Establish HR norms and SOPs to ensure consistent policy execution. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven HR management experience (8+ years). Expertise in HRMS tools and digital platforms. Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong leadership abilities to build and manage teams. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with a strategic mindset who can drive organizational growth through effective HR management.
