Job Description: Role Overview: The HR Manager will lead hiring, culture-building, team development, and HR operations at Draper Startup House Hyderabad. This role ensures a productive, complaint, and engaging workplace while fostering a strong entrepreneurial community. Key Responsibilities: People Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and support the team to align with company goals. Foster a collaborative and engaging work culture while resolving conflicts proactively. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Develop hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure smooth onboarding and retention. Employee Engagement & Culture Drive a positive, high-energy workplace through team-building activities, recognition programs, and regular feedback. HR Operations & Compliance – Oversee employee records, policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws . Performance Management & Training – Implement structured performance reviews, facilitate training, and develop leadership programs. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations – Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and uphold workplace ethics and professionalism. HR Strategy & Growth – Align HR initiatives with business goals, support organizational scalability, and collaborate with global teams. Key Qualifications & Skills: 4–8 years of HR experience with strong people management skills. Expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and Indian labor laws. Proficiency in HRMS tools, ATS, and performance tracking systems. Passion for startups and entrepreneurial culture. Preferred Experience: HR experience in startup incubators, accelerators, or co-working spaces. Managing HR for startup programs and remote teams. Familiarity with global HR best practices.
