Summary: We, the South India's largest retailer in tile industry, are looking for an experienced HR Manager currently working at a company with a minimum annual turnover of 1000 crores to bring expertise and strategic insight to our organisation. Role & responsibilities: Experience: 10+ years in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Proven success in managing HR functions for a large workforce (500 + employees). Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Familiarity with scaling HR operations in sync with a 1000 crore + business. Strong understanding of compliance, payroll, and benefits in a large-scale setting. Achievements: Demonstrated ability to design policies that support revenue-driven goals. Experience in reducing attrition or improving productivity in a competitive industry. Knowledge in implementing KPI & KRA is desirable.
