Job Title: HR Manager Company: Leom International Location: Zirakpur, Punjab Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HR Manager role Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Leom International is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at our Zirakpur office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role Knowledge of HR systems and databases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Degree in Human Resources or related field Benefits: Competitive salary as per industry standards Professional and friendly work environment Opportunities for growth and learning Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
