Manage the recruitment process for plant positions, send the requirement to corporate HR. Hire blue colors from contactor. Contractor Management. Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Check proper working structure for all departments to smooth run the production. Attendance management for all staffs, check the proper shift wise data of department wise & their Overtime. Proper Leave Management & rotational shift management. Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies as required. Conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Promote and enforce health and safety regulations within the plant. Payroll management for the plant. Contractors bill check & send to finance for payment. Agreement check & renewals. Bonus & Gratuity Proper Calculation.
