Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or MBA in HR is preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management, including 2-3 years as an HR Director with a focus on India-specific HR practices.. Strong knowledge of Indian Labor laws and regulations. Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to influence stakeholders.
