Responsible for entire employee life cycle process (Recruitment, Induction, Training, Performance Management System, Employee exit and Feedback). Recruitment initiative in terms of identifying various sources of recruitment, entire interview process, selection, joining formalities, on-boarding & induction. Overseeing & supervision of the Contract labour management. Setting up of performance management system by linking JDs to KRA s & KPI s along with review & monitoring mechanism for all employees by defining calendar of appraisal process. Once the appraisal process is over, providing proper feedback to the employees based on their performance and accordingly decide training needs identification for the employees. Based on the organizations current requirement, design and implement career planning for performing employees. Ensure appropriate & timely signals are given to non-performers by counselling them /taking action wherever required by establishing quarterly communication meetings with blue & white collar employees from time to time. Responsible for payroll (Blue collar and white collar), checking & approving the salaries for contract, statutory compliances, and legal framework. Full & Final settlement. Draft and implement pay and benefits policies incorporating variable pay structure. Ensure safety protocol is followed by having a safety committee in place. Counselling staff about any problems they may have at work w.r.t harassment, discrimination, grievances, etc Develop and implement an HR manual which includes policies and formats in detail. Ensure periodic review of HR policies, amendments is taking place from time to time and that employees are adhering to by these policies. Organizational chart to be updated on a regular basis. Leave & Attendance management. Ensuring that HRMS is used for the entire HR function effectively. Submission of Monthly MIS by the 15th of every month. Follow and monitor all compliances with respect to Safety, 5S and other certifications. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness. Training & Development - Ensuring Skill Matrix of all the employees including contract workers, training need identification. Creating an annual training calendar, following up with departments for the trainings done, updating the training calendar and maintaining training records (attendance form, feedback and photos.) Conducting HR trainings like Soft skills, Policies, HRMS, 5S etc Competency Mapping, Skill Gap Analysis (technical and behavioral for blue collar & white collar), developing training calendar based on gap analysis, periodic review of skill gap assessment, running assessment development center. Responsible for the overall administration of MDPL and MTV. Monitoring entire admin functions (e.g, Time office, security, employee welfare, canteen, logistics, housekeeping, government liaisoning, statutory compliances, etc). 5s implementation and supervision across the factory & premises.
