Job description: Source and Hire suitable candidates Calculate payroll using HRMS and onboard and exit employees as needed Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances. Implemented various departmental protocols and Standard Operating Procedures Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Participating in training & development programme. Recommend strategies to motivate employees. Having a good knowledge about statutory compliance, labor law & HR Policies. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
