We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to drive our people strategy, foster a positive work culture, and ensure smooth HR operations. Position: HR Manager Location: Diamond World, C-301, Kohinoor Rd, Mini Bazar, Kodiyar Nagar, Surat, Gujarat 395006 Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4 to 5 years in HR (preferably in a SaaS or IT company) Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Develop and implement a strong hiring strategy to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and drive recruitment efforts. Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring new hires integrate seamlessly into the company. HR Operations & Compliance Manage the entire employee lifecyclehiring, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exits. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Employee Engagement & Culture Development Foster a positive work culture aligned with Superworks' values and vision. Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and feedback sessions. Implement recognition and rewards programs to boost motivation. Performance Management & Learning Development Oversee performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms. Work closely with managers to establish OKRs and KPIs for employees. Identify skill gaps and drive training programs to enhance employee development. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and handle employee grievances effectively. Maintain and enhance workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Payroll & Compensation Management Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing. Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and leave policies. Conduct salary benchmarking to stay competitive in the market. HR Technology & Data Analytics Utilize HRMS tools (including Superworks HRMS) for efficient HR operations. Monitor HR analytics, generate reports, and provide insights for workforce planning. Automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Event Management & Employee Engagement Plan and execute corporate events, celebrations, and company retreats. Coordinate employee welfare programs, festival celebrations, and team outings. Manage logistics and communication for internal and external events. Requirements : 4 to 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a SaaS or IT company. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll software, and recruitment platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, people management skills, problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment.
