About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the companys growth, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Develop and implement training and development programs to support continuous learning and growth. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity. Manage HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Monitor and report on employee performance, productivity, and engagement. Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive work environment. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed and updated as necessary. Stay current with industry trends, legal developments, and HR best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and employee engagement techniques. Proven ability to design and implement effective HR programs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Experience with HR software, performance management tools, and payroll systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Work Culture & Expectations Strong leadership skills to guide, support, and influence employees at all levels. Ability to balance the needs of the company with the well-being of the employees. High attention to detail and organization, especially in maintaining compliance and legal documentation. Collaborative approach with senior leadership, department heads, and employees.
