Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving. Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development. Manage payroll and benefits administration. Ability to use HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, payroll, and benefits. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices. Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related activities and outcomes. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). Proven experience of 7+ Years as HR Manager or other HR Executive. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
