HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to manage end-to-end human resources operations within a pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in talent acquisition, compliance with regulatory standards, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment for R&D, QA/QC, Regulatory, Production, and Sales functions Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires 2. HR Compliance & Documentation Maintain HR records in compliance with pharma industry standards and audits (WHO GMP, USFDA, EU GMP, etc.) Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and pharma-specific compliance norms Support internal and external audits with required HR documentation 3. Performance Management Drive annual appraisal cycles, probation evaluations, and goal-setting processes Work closely with department leads to ensure constructive performance feedback and development plans Monitor KPIs and training needs based on performance insights 4. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture Design and implement employee wellness and engagement initiatives Address employee grievances promptly and professionally Foster a collaborative, respectful, and compliant workplace environment 5. Training & Development Identify training gaps in regulatory, technical, and soft skills areas Coordinate with external trainers or internal experts for pharma-specific training programs Track training effectiveness and maintain records for audit purposes
