Job Summary Looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience using job portals, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Stay updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices. Key Requirements Experience : 3+ years in HR recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
