Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible Program Administrator to join our team, supporting the administrative aspects of the Contingent Workforce Program for an assigned client. You will be responsible for managing processes, supporting team collaboration, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: People Engagement: Participate in team catch-up calls, welcome new team members, and actively engage in onboarding and training. Conduct one-on-ones and quarterly career conversations with team leaders. Client Relations & Operational Delivery: Support the end-to-end hiring process, implement and manage requisition/submittal processes, and oversee job placements. Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs. Stakeholder Management: Showcase TAPFIN as the center of excellence for MSP services and build trust across countries to enable service centralization. Operational Tasks: Support knowledge sharing, act as a buddy for new joiners, manage contractor onboarding, verify work order approvals, and monitor timesheet submissions. Ensure timely reporting and track performance. Qualifications: 2-6 years of experience in a service-oriented business environment, preferably in MSP, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment. Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent business experience. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Strong communication skills in English and other European languages (German, French, Italian, Dutch, etc.). Knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, IQN) is a plus. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle demanding workloads. Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
