Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, collaborate on hiring needs, and oversee onboarding programs. Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize engagement activities, address grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure employee satisfaction. Performance Management: Support appraisal, feedback, and goal-setting processes. Policy Development & Implementation: Assist in creating, updating, and communicating HR policies effectively. HR Analytics & Reporting: Prepare reports on attrition, attendance, and performance, providing actionable insights. HRMS Implementation: Configure policies, maintain systems, and resolve issues with providers. Qualifications & Skills: Education: PGDBM in HR (preferred). Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Location: BKC, Mumbai
