We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate to join our team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Job Description: Managing end to end Onboarding, Renewal and Offboarding process. Process pay changes, including promotions / demotions / salary changes. Create and update process related documentation. Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately. Resolve errors related to job or employee information. Maintain employee files and records to meet recordkeeping requirements compensation and pay administration. Ensure timely preparation and sharing of periodic MIS reports with Reporting Manager. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data and documents. Assist in managing employee relations matters, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
