Roles and Responsibilities Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR operations projects. Oversee day-to-day activities related to HR technology systems and processes. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks through effective project management skills. Provide strong communication support to internal teams and external partners. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field. Strong understanding of Employee Data Management, Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, and Stakeholder Management. Excellent coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
