Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in a night shift role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, including policy formulation, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR system automation, payroll management, talent management, succession planning, exit interviews, performance management, performance appraisals, and HR reporting. Responsibilities: Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, regulations, and processes. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Manage employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Drive automation initiatives and design HR systems for efficient operations. Oversee payroll management, compensation, and benefits administration. Enhance talent management strategies and foster employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop future leaders within the organization. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees for continuous improvement. Lead performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance appraisals. Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements: Should have worked for US IT consulting firms Proven experience in formulating HR policies and implementing them effectively. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance processes and labor laws. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Experienced in employee onboarding, induction, and retention programs. Proficiency in HR system automation and design for streamlined operations. Knowledge of payroll management, compensation, and benefits administration. Ability to drive talent management initiatives and enhance employee engagement. Experienced in succession planning, exit interviews, performance management, and performance appraisals. Proficient in generating HR reports and analytics for strategic insights.
