Job Description

Responsible for alignment of HR goals with school vision and mission and cascade to staff Support SLT to build Long term (3 years) and short term (1 year) People Plan Drive cultural alignment and change management interventions as required to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in collaboration with all stakeholders Responsible for effective workforce planning and efficient budget utilization Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives for all key roles Develop initiatives through which leaders align culture, values and work groups to increase the productivity and engagement of staff Responsible for competitive benchmarking, regulatory changes and center/state rules and regulations impacting workforce including third party staff To provide SLT and Regional HR team with timely and accurate HR dashboards to enable decision making Lead HR projects for effective implementation in collaboration with Regional HR team Adhere to ethical standards for HR professionals by modeling appropriate behaviour. Payroll: Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Review and validate timekeeping and attendance data, resolving discrepancies as needed. Maintain payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws. Prepare payroll reports for management. Coordinate with finance teams for the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts. PT, PF, ESIC calculations, claim generation, filling Oversee and support GMC Additions/Deletions and Claim process For the Detailed JD Please refer to JD - HR Partner -OIS.docx MBA in HR 8+ years of experience in HR Manager/Head role Demonstrable experience of heading HR functions and handling team Contemporary knowledge of HR best practices. Strong on Project management skills Multitasking Ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and confident use of communication technology Strong conflict resolution and relationship management Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail Professional and ethical practices Strong on critical problem solving and analytical decision making Experienced in change management and cultural transformation essential Experience and desire to work in education sector Experience of heading HR functions at business unit with 200+ staff Experience of working with global workforce
