The Opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Payroll & MIS Specialist to join our HR team in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel records Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations Prepare and manage HR MIS reports and dashboards Leverage Advanced Excel and Power BI for analytics and reporting Operate effectively on platforms like HRM Thread and ZingHR Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR operations Support internal audits and ongoing process improvements Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of experience in payroll and HR operations Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and lifecycle processes Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and HRMS tools Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Pebble Street?
