Location - Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune Shift Time - 12-9pm IST Flexi to Work From Office Exp - 8-10 yrs of HR Process Improvement Immediate Joiners/Lesser notice period candidates preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the process improvement design using Lean tools and Six Sigma methodologies Analyze data to identify root causes of operational issues and inefficiencies. Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and workshops to drive process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to align process improvement projects with strategic goals. Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operation Maintains process documentation Acting as a liaison between different departments for process alignment and implementation Evaluating the impact of process changes Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders. Required profile: At the least 5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles. Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Lean tools, such as Value Stream Mapping and 5S. Experience in HR will be an advantage Understanding of Human Resources processes and of their value for the enterprise Prince 2 or othe relevant project management certification is an advantage Strong analytical skills Show more Show less
