Job Description

Responsibilities : Joining & documentation completion, exit formalities, appointment letter, ID cards, confirmations, transfer letters, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter. Taking care of Induction and take care that employees are aware of HR policies on day1 Attendance maintenance & vigilance, timely checking attendance & supporting in HR Audit for the same Compiling & consolidation of attendance file & forwarding to Manager for salary processing Handling salary queries of existing and former employees & providing solution on time Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees Managing HRMS Data uploading and modules - End to End for managing Employee Details Identifying the cases for Grievances and resolving them on a timely basis. Employee relationship and Employee engagement activities Maintain all personnel files and ensuring they are filed on timely basis Taking care of Appraisal cycle and PMS end to end Drive processes like one on one discussion, exit interviews, Pulse check with new joiners, Employee satisfaction surveys etc Creating HR Policies as and when required and ensure it is compliant with law Desired Profile: Graduate/ MBA with min 3 year of experience Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Good Communication and English writing Skills Problem solving ability and detail oriented General understanding of HR Operating environment, including HR policies Strong conceptual skills Experience working in early stage startups is preferred Good knowledge of Excel Vlookup, pivot tables etc
