Location - Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Pune Shift Time - 12-9pm IST Flexi to Work From Office Exp - 8-10 yrs of HR Project & Process Mgmt Immediate Joiners/Lesser notice period candidates preferred The HR Project and Process Manager is involved in a wide range of projects and/or programs on a global level. Develops, implements and adjusts project plans to deliver key initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Plan and manage projects across multiple HR disciplines Formulates project scope and objectives and creates the project plan Process design. End-to-end process mapping and analysis. Identifies standardization and simplification opportunities. Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operation Provide regular progress reports and updates. Risk and issue mitigation Maintains project documentation Ensure all templates are up to date and reflect best practice Acting as a liaison between different departments for process alignment and implementation Evaluating the impact of process changes Required profile: At the least 5+ years of experience in Process and Project Management Exposure to analysing, designing, and documenting existing and future process flows. Understanding of Human Resources processes and of their value for the enterprise Lean Six Sigma knowledge/certification is an advantage Prince 2 or other relevant project management certification is an advantage Show more Show less
