We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter (2-3 years) to join our team and drive the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and the ability to identify and attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Utilize recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for talent acquisition. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
