Hiring: HR Recruiter BPO Hiring (Chennai & Hyderabad) Location: Chennai & Hyderabad Role: HR Recruiter (BPO Hiring) Job Description: We are looking for experienced HR Recruiters with expertise in BPO hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build strong talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BPO roles Conduct interviews & coordinate hiring processes Utilize job portals, social media, and referral networks for sourcing Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs Ensure timely closures and meet hiring targets Maintain candidate databases & ensure a seamless hiring experience Requirements: Experience: 6 months 4 years in BPO hiring Strong understanding of bulk hiring & volume recruitment Knowledge of job portals, social media hiring & sourcing techniques Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple positions in a fast-paced environment If you have experience in BPO recruitment and are looking for a dynamic opportunity, we want to hear from you!
