HR RECRUITER (For Experienced & Freshers, HYBRID WORK MODEL) Job description JOB DESCRIPTION HR RECRUITER (IT & NON-IT RECRUITER) Prerequisites: Graduate / postgraduate degree/s in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be preferred. Students in their final semester can also apply. Excellent communication in English - written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to Handle different levels of stake holders. Well acquainted with MS Office Good time management and organizational skills Freshers willing to learn with strong HR knowledge need to apply. Willing to work 6 days in a week. ( HYBRID ) Should be well-versed in both non-IT and IT requirements. Needs to have their personal laptop for Work from Home/Hybrid model of work Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Role & responsibilities: 1. Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling and selecting candidates for various roles. 2. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative methods to identify and attract top talent. 3. Daily Interviews: Should be capable of managing more than 70 telephonic interview calls a day. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. 5. Market Research: Stay abreast about industry trends, competitor practices, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies. 6. Background Verification and documentation: Responsible for background verification process and work closely with client partners. 7. Reports & Dashboards: Maintain database & prepare hiring dashboard on weekly basis.
